Returns are acceptable as long as three conditions are met:
1. We are notified by e-mail or fax that you are not satisfied with your purchase within 3 days.
2. The item(s) is/are posted to return within 7 days of delivery.
3. The item(s) is/are returned in the same sellable condition as when the customer received it.
If all of these of conditions are met, full credit for only the purchase price of the item will be issued via check, money order or PayPal transaction, depending on the customers preference.
Please enclose a copy of the original Packing Slip that accompanied your order, or on a sheet of paper include your name, address, day time telephone number, email address or fax number and the reason for returning the merchandise. Indicate if you would like an exchange, store credit or refund. If a refund is requested, indicate which method of refund (check, money order or PayPal transaction) is preferred. Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive and process your return.
We are not responsible for returns lost in the mail, and strongly suggest that you insure your parcel and request a tracking or delivery confirmation number from your carrier. This will assure that the item is covered should it be lost or damaged en route back to us. If we do not receive your returned item, we will not credit your account. Shipping costs on returned items are borne by the customer. Contact Customer Service if you have further enquiries regarding our return policy.
