The date was August 18th, 1969, the place was a rural town called Bethal, New York, a town that would soon forever become known as Woodstock. On the 4th day of this historical concert event, following a performance by the band Sha Na Na, at 4:32pm Mr. Jimi Hendrix walks on stage with a Fender '68 Vintage White Stratocaster strung backwards, slung over his back, and closes the 4 day event with a 16 song set starting with Message to Love and bringing down the house with Hey Joe.
