Greco is one of Japan's premier guitar makers. They make excellent guitars for the domestic Japanese market, and those that have gone abroad have gotten rave reviews.
Here we have a Greco Les Paul copy model EG500 in sunburst finish that is in excellent condition for its 32 years of age. All parts are original on this guitar, tuners, pickups, end pins, bridge, everything except the strings.
It was made in 1978 (serial number: 785497) in a time before Gibson threatened to file suit again Greco for making them, because these sounded just as good, if not better than Gibson Les Pauls, at a fraction of the price.
Featured are sealed Greco (made by Gotoh) tuning pegs, tun-o-matic bridge, Greco Humbucking pickups in the neck and bridge positions, rosewood fretboard and chrome parts. The guitar shines and is in excellent-excellent condition. There are a few blemishes which can be found on our GUITAR PICS page.
